Hi, Newguy2015,

It looks like an update for a critical component failed to install correcty on your machine. Best to do a 'clean install' as described here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

If no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install.
