Cant get my map to appear?

I have been having this problem since buying the auth. My map is just a big black box, and nothing i have done has remotely fixed it, any help would be appreciated.

I have tried Deleting/re-installing didnt work

I have tried checking my java, its up to date.

most likely something blocking it
