Can't get mail on Aranzeb with items somehow

Can't get mail on Aranzeb exactly with items somehow, with gold all is fine, same script works fine for Naima for example (same AH cluster) and for other servers, when same script works on Aranzeb it always get Invalid slot red writing in AA when trying to get mail ith items. Any ideas somebody, Out?

I think Out will ask for a detailed log (all used functions such as GetMailList, OpenMail etc)
 
same issue with aranzeb character too. have not tried on other servers
 
Out pleaeese, say what we need to do to u look at this problem :( can't bot without bot get mailed items :( Not only my problem only
 
Hi, items same on both account where it works and not? What you try receive from mail (give me item name)

Raw Stone, Iron Ingot for example, just retested, same script same account same items on Aranzeb doesn't get items, on Ezi everything is fine.

PS Aranzeb was down several times last week and they could change something?

Its not account i suppose, rikkuza has same problems and it works on other servers, just Aranzeb problem. Can't give u acc right now, coz just simply switched to Ezi server and continue to work, don't want IP changes etc. May be rikkuza can?

PS So u tried on Aranzeb and everything is fine?
 
Can't recieve items from mail after today's update. In game error - Invalid slot. Server Naima. Gold recieved normal.
