Cant get it to work...

I have tried for hours, downloaded the starting guide pdf and everything.,

I got my key i put it into the HB login with no password and it doesnt work at all, i switched to directx9 im running in window mode.

I either get failed to login or im running a 64bit version of wow and need to run off the wow.exe for 32 bit error.... not sure what to do...

get into your World of Warcraft map and then run the file "wow" and it will be in 32 bit. try that

i tired that, i unistalled and reinstalled and it worked, well once, now when i load it i keep getting crash errors...
