Cant get it going

ok i'll go through my several problems

1. When i try to use HB it just says there's an authentication error never giving me the chance to put in the code i received by email

2. When i try to install HB it gets to the microsoft C+++ and crashes

use the zip file instead of the installer

When i do that i get ''Authentication failed'' message

after your done restart your pc.
