Cant get honorbuddy to work

I have installed the trial and when i log into wow and turn on the honorbuddy it says that there is unexpected error i run windows 7

the trial only works up to lvl 20 I think. Run as admin.

does that mean that I have to have a level 20 character to use the trial or do i need a level 1 to use the trial

Well I actually bought HB and when I try to login after starting WoW it tells me tha tmy user/pass is invalid. Anyone got any ideas?
