Cant get honor buddy to work at all...

I need help. I'm a girl (and therefore not very techy) and I can't get honor buddy to work at all. I'm using Windows 7, I have run as administrator on Windows XP Service Pack 3. I have rebooted my pc and I am not using the Wow launcher. I am using the wow.exe. Please help.
