can't get hearthbuddy to work

hi everybody ! I just buy hsbuddy but it doesn't work and I have no idea why
when I try to launch it indows says that there is an unknown error
I launch it as admin while in C not from desktop but it changes nothing
I'm pretty desesperate please help me out
if anyone know how to make it work that will be really helpfull

if you are french and have answers that will be lovely but english is fine too I guess

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I just change my pc still don't work
and your site is dangerous to google chrome so I can't download them
chrome won't download it because there's piracy on the site ^^ wtf ?
I'm starting to think that your site is nothing more but crap
I hope that's not it but to my point of view I paid 9 boxes for nothing else than a useless file
