Cant get Heartbuddy to work!!!

here is the log, im not being able to install buddy dependency instller because apparently i dont have MSVCP100.dll, and ive alredy installed all c++ redistributable i could download, x86 and x64. help plz

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
