Change Direct X to 9 (this is done in-game in the video option) Options -> Advanced Graphics API -> DirectX 9

That should do the trick. If youre new to HB you should read the guides (under the guide section... derp) for newbies There is countless of people also posting about this, so you can also use the search function as this has been answered before
