Cant get exilebuddy to start

hi, i cant seem to get my exilebuddy to load. please take a look at my log file. im stuck after i choose the "defualt settings"

I am not sure what is going on.. was Poe client minimized when you started EB?

You're missing .Net 4.5.1, which can be obtained though our Buddy Dependency Wizard that WhereIsMyMind linked.
