Can't fly on my mount

Each time i attempt to fly it only lands...I do have a paid plugin key however it is not working for me. Have had it since i opened my account and it has never worked...

Please Advise...

make a new Hb installation from scratch and re-configure your Hb

also get all extra files you need in order to use a flying mount profile(more info on Kick's thread)
