Cant find right passwort for Login to Buddy :/

Hey dudes,
i just bought after the 1 day Pass a year pass for those 24 ? but now if i wanna start the buddy it says "Please use your Shoppasswort bevor continue " . Fine but after i tapped in my Passwort same error again :/
