Cant find NPC? some kind of "bug" i never had before :O

When i try to start the bot in valley of the four winds today (been questing the day before). This is what buddy shows:

Deleted files in cache folder, restarted etc but still wont work

check if there is an item you must use in your bags or something

I found Mudmug at 54.3, 38.7 (same coords that are posted on wowhead. Had to manually run to him, but after I ran him to Halfhill, it was good to go.
