Cant find instance to attach to...

i have been having the same problem as Dan1710, my bot cant find a valid instance to attach to. i completed the steps faithfully in both, the quick guide, and the steps by bambam922 that where provided in dan's thread and i am still having the problem.

I am also having this problem but only AFTER updating HB today. I also noticed that my WoW launcher and repair utility is gone. *sigh* Any ideas that hopefully won't require me to completely uninstall/reinstall the game?
