Can't find HB product key! Help returning after months of inactivity

Hello all,

I haven't used HB in a while and so I installed the newest version and it is asking me for a product key. Last time this happened I was able to use my shop username but this time it wants the key.

However I have not received any emails with the key in it so I would like some assistance in order to begin botting the shit out of WoW.

It wont let me register, it says email address already in use.

then you are already registered.
Try login with that email and some common passwords you use.

Myself I just login with the forum account and PW.
