Cant find converted key login

A few months ago I quit wow, but since school finished I have come back. But when i tried to use Honorbuddy it says that there is a new login system "converted key login". It says to go to my registered email to look for the login key but it is not there. Is there anyway it could be resent to my email?

you must register using the same email u used in checkout page when you bought Hb

I cant use that email because hotmail hates me and wont let me access my emails. Is it compulsory that I use this email?
