Can't find a solution

Hi, often when i start the program i encounter this message error that close the application.

The error don't always appears but it come often.
I have already installed and reinstalled Net framework 4, visual c++ and directx9 (i can't try with 10 or more cause i have xp sistem)
hope someone can help to fix my problem.

I don't know then, I had roughly the same problem as you and this solved it.
