Cant fight Targets when attacked with GB running.

Log is attached, just keeps saying that it 'cant get target'. All my toons are doing this shit now, not sure why. Ive ran for months and months without issues like this.

You can see mostly at the end of the debuf, where this thing has lots its mind.
Suggestions are helpful!
