I've had my money refunded 4 times now because this support is horrendous. I asked for my first payment to be refunded through PayPal because I was having troubles with the email. Now I pay directly with credit card and it's just refunded without me saying a word and all the support agent "Joro" does is keep trying to refer me to Chinese payment websites, which I obviously can't use even though they support over 400 different Asian cards! Can someone even explain why it's advertised that non-asian payment methods can be used if they actually can't? Not to mention it takes them over 24 hours to just simply copy paste a reply in either email or a support ticket, I've tried both.
