Can't download latest HB2

Heya Folks,

So its been a while since I came back on ... I can't seem to download the latest build of HB2 (trying to click the link in the downloads section of the home page) ... it says I don't have permission to access this page.

I got a lifetime license a few months ago. Advice?

There is no HB download. Its beeing updated for patch 4.0
