can't download db

the website keeps timing out, says update server taking too long to respond. just installed windows 10. i have a valid key till may 2018. i'm in north america. thanks for any help

no...still not working. I had to reinstall windows 10 and I think there is something going with new build version. none of the browsers will let me connect to update server. odd that it just seems to be that one connection though

tried that, and tried changing dns servers. still no luck. I can download apps from different sites, just not this one. in edge I get this error under details when it doesn't connect.
The DNS server might be having problems.

Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND
