Can't download anything from the store

Hey, i just recently purchased honorbuddy and it looked very promissing and it still does
But i can't seem to download anything from the store. I can't get the profiles downloaded. I have used the Honorbuddy store on the honorbuddy client it self and i tried using the web browser store and it still doesn't woork.

If there's anyone that has a sollution to this it will make me happy and please do not care about the typos English is not my native language.

are you sure the buddyauth account your logging into is the one that has your keys displayed?

No that's the thing, i don't have any keys on my buddyauth account but i still recived a key on my e-mail when i purchased it.

The problem is simple, you've failed to set up your Buddy Store account properly. You can find your solution in these resources:

when you buy honorbuddy or ANY product, it creates a listing in our database using the e-mail address you used during checkout, that has what key you bought.

if a previous buddyauth account exists, then it adds the key to the existing account, if not it sits there, and when a new buddyauth account with that e-mail address is created then the key you bought gets pulled and will be displayed.

so ether you didnt create your buddyauth account with the SAME e-mail you used during checkout, or some how something messed up
if you have your key, e-mail support with it, and the information to your buddyauth account (NOT YOUR PASSWORD) and they can link it for you.
