Cant do anything

Everytime i try to start a Profile, same who it is. I only got the error "Cant find azeroth 35_25.etm" etc.
Or, it only says "Loading profile" and not doing anything.
A example is "Changing current profile to [Fly][N] Blue Proto-Drake - Utgarde Pinnacle [eckoro]

And when i tried the herbalisme PB that follows when i download HB it says only
