Can't deactivate the use of one skill

Hello support,

I have been trying to make my paladin stop using consecration, I tried changing the class config to only use consecration it if 999 mobs were attacking me but it is not working.

What you suggest me to do?

a simple explanation would be the one below

a CC file "orders" Hb about how your char will fight,what spells will use etc

Hb comes with the basic CC called Singular but you can use custom advanced CCs
