Can't connect???

First off. I had for 2-3 days in a row that when i try to press "start" it would just open up web browser and go to the main page of pokefarmer (where you buy it , yes it isn't expired i still have 10+ das left)
Then after the updates this happens

I can not log in ... because when i try to... This happens. Yes my account details are 100% accurate and no i'm not banned because i can log in on other devices. Ip ban maybe?
