Cant Connect to Game Servers

Hello, i buyed 2 Keys for 2 Seperate Accounts. On my Computer it works everything fine, but on my V-Server with Win 10 Server OS it cant login to the Game Servers. On my Handy it works also fine.

Hello, i tryed Firewall on with Open the 5xxxx Port and Firewall Disabled. Windows Defender is Disabled.

Yes i can Login on any Account on my Phone. I Created 1 More Account and this Account also works fine on my Phone, but not on my V-Server.
