Can't connect to buddy server

Bought the key for the first time today and didn't manage to successfuly start the farmer once thanks to the "Connection to Buddy servers lost.".

Tried so far: -disabling the antivirus/firewall
-Rebooting several times
-Using a ptc and a google acc login


Not sure if i'm missing something, log attatched.

Yes I was using a VPN, should i need to turn it off? Totally forgot about that.

Disabled the VPN and it's working fine

Since i'm using the bot with a real ip I shouldn't login my regular acc on this ip or niantic doens't ban by ip?

VPN isn't mandatory for botting, though many who take "trips" outside their own country suggest it for obvious reasons. There is also direct VPN settings within PF for you to tinker with. As long as you bart smart then your odds of ban risk are obviously going to go down. Just remember the golden rule of botters, do not bot on something you cant/wont afford to risk. Happy farming!
