Can't connect to buddy server

Hey I've started playing world of warcraft again after quite some time and I'm trying to get my honorbuddy up and running again I've updated it but it wont let me connect to the buddy server could you help me out.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I keep getting "Windows cannot access the specified device,path,or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item." even when running as administrator am I doing something wrong?

Ah, I seem to misunderstand the context of your post #3. You will need Windows administrator privileges to follow Tony's instructions.
