Cant connect the shop username and password

i got the keys but where can i put this key in to aktivate this key?


also i added the shop username and password, but i dont know if it works. i went to all links wiche i got.

can someone help me plz

i bought the key for 1 month and 3 sessions. i thought i have to wait 10 hours but nothing happens.

i cant log in with the honorbuddy exe. i can login here in the forum also in the shop, i connected the shop with the forum. i have to use my shop-name and password for the honnorbuddy exe right? but it still not work.

i have the latest version.

here is the error msg.

BUT WHY THE HELL can i log in to the shop and forum, but cant start this fucking bot?

im having the same issue. and when i log into that link and any other area associated with honor buddy i am able to. also said link above states that i have one key purchased but hasnt been activated yet.

I can see the keys, but says they're inactive.
And no sessions online.

Same problem with me. I can log onto the forums, I just updated my honorbuddy, and now it will not take my login that I received from email when I first joined. This is very annoying.
I also went to the buddy portal, did "lose password", went to the link I got in my email, reset my password and my new password is still not working.
