Can't connect the server

I type the Key and login but it just show Sending authentification request and no response
Should I change some Internet setting before I run it?

How do you solve it？

Set the game language to English(not sound,just the UI)
and the game need to be window mode(Fullscreen Windowed will error)
and then push the login button TWICE
if the button got Grayscale
The cheat will loadin successfully
But now I have other problem
Everytime I use it after about 2~3min
the connection will lost....
