Cant click the load profile button/ Profile not loading

Hello ! I am unable to click the load profile button and change profile so now im forced to do only 1 profile ... either in quest or proffession or grinding or fishing but only 1 profile in each..

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++

restart
