Can't clear session

I tried going to BuddyAuth. Went to log in and it is blank. I realized I might have used an older email a while back. Tried to log in with current email I purchased under and it doesn't recognize it. I tried to register and it says it exists. I am going around and around with this. Any ideas how to fix this? Also, don't recall user name but not place to click "forgot Username". I only used my email to order.

Edit globalsettings.json and change KillOldAuthSessionOnMaxSessions and it will kill old sessions automatically.
