Can't buy from store.

Hello,
I am having problems with buying from the store.
It keeps saying I don't have an authentic key or something like that.
I have no idea what to do ?
When I try to put my key in under the "filter" nothing happens.

How do I solve this problem?

My problem is rather that I can't attach my key to my profile?

if you havent, register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail address you used during checkout.

once you get in you should be able to view your keys, and then if your honorbuddy key is listed, be able to make purchases from the store.
