Can't bind account

I can't seem to find the place to put my account and password for my shop account into from the link on the front of the page

These are the only options I have, I don't see anything about shop account.

Im having the same problem, can't find the fields to enter the shop username and pass...

This is all I see when I go to edit profile. no where is there an option to enter shop account and password
