cant adjust settings and tools, the window is not there?

I click setting and tools then it shows it is behind it but i cannot click it and i cant minimize the first one to see under it. I go to the taskbar to try and click it and it just wont show up. I can't change it to dont loot, or mail to a certain character so i need to know why it wont work. I have redownloaded the bot, is everybody having this problem with version 2.0.0.5354?

Sorry that was a little confusing by behind it, i mean the honorbuddy client

right click the box (from your taskbar) and maximize it, then shrink it as you like
