cant access to buddy auth

Hi, this is my first post. Hope the right place
I register and bought the key with this my email.
I already register at buddy auth with the email that i bought the key,buddy auth keeps getting error of log in.
Can u guys give me a hand plz?

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Lost the Buddy product key​
