Can't access thebuddyforum.com from my PC

I'm not sure what section this should be in, but I'm currently unable to access thebuddyforum.com from my PC, and I can't seem to figure out why. I'm currently here on my iPad using the same router/modem that I use for my PC. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd like to download the latest release and get up and running but this has been going on for days.
 
To be more specific, every time I try to visit the site, it times out and the browser tells me the page is unavailable. I've tried some solutions from google searches like flushdns but none have worked. I ran a tracert and it timed out near the end. If anyone would like to see that tracert, I can go get it from my PC and transfer it to my iPad to post here. I'm concerned that maybe my ip or MAC address has been blacklisted for some reason.
 
have you checked your hosts file for suspicious entries?
 
Wow, tried all sorts of things. Finally fixed by updating router firmware. Bought a new router a while back and apparently it had an issue that blocked access to certain sites on wired connections. go figure.
