Can't access buddy auth

My bot works fine but I wanted to check out some of the stuff from the store and was unable to log into it, checked buddy auth website and couldn't log in either. Tried resetting password and stuff but it kept telling me Im entering wrong info, halp!

The problem I'm having is login into either the buddyauth or buddystore. Everytime I put in my info I get an error either password or username is not correct and I am unable to reset my password as well...
