Cannot use quest items in quest profiles

I cannot use quest items in questing profiles. IS there a plugin or something to help with this?

<UseItem> was broken for a short while, but I believe it works fine with the latest Honorbuddy build (2.0.0.3582).

Might make sure you're using <UseItem> correctly... here's the Wiki page.

If you can't figure out the problem, we'll need a lot more details. "It's Broke" isn't much info to provide help with.
