Cannot use key and create a New Account during key purchase

I have logging in by pasting the key from the original confirmation email gave me error message:

[15:52:10] Authentication Result [LOGIN][ Invalid product key!] [361462500]
[15:52:10] Please log in to BuddyAuth and kill your active session.

I register in buddyauth and it show
"Please use the email address you used during buddy product key purchase."

My email address used in key purchase is [email protected]
