Hi all I've been running into an consistent issue with Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls where I have not been able to trade with other players or add anyone to my in game friend list. Bnet seems to think that my account is a starter account, even though I have no problem accessing RoS content.

I've been on the phone repeatedly with blizzard support over this issue and believe me they have tried a battery of solutions over the past week or so that have all been unsuccessful.

At this point blizzard has asked me to send them some system files. But I wanted to check here to make sure I'm cleared to do this without jeopardizing my account, as I dont know what they're looking for, or more importantly what they'll find.

The most recent info requested by the blizzard techs are as follows:
- Run a Pathping and let it complete (http://us.battle.net/support/article/718)
- Run the Trace Route (http://us.battle.net/support/article/496)
- Obtain your system files (https://battle.net/support/article/200581)

Has anyone who uses demonbuddy run into an issue like this before? Could demonbuddy be preventing some level of communication with battle net that prevents them from recognizing me as a full account as opposed to a trial one?

Any guidance here would be very appreciated.

Blizzard is continuing to request my system info after another faield attempt to fix my problem of not being able to trade with any players (even though i have full version of the game)

Blizz customer service has requested the following information, would providing them this info jeopardize demonbuddy at all??
