Edit: Fine i just delete the file, and all is OK

I was having the same problem. My guess is they just have to add the new .tmp file to the whitelist, since HB will load successfully if you delete the files. I can't say for sure whether deleting the file will affect your client, but so far mine appears to run just fine.
