cannot start hb after todays update august 15, 2017

i tried logging into hb multiple times using all 3 active keys i currently have and hb will not work

this is the screenshot i just took of what hb is doing when i try to run it
so what i did was disable all my streams in hb store than just re enable the crucial ones i most use. then i went to windows/settings/apps to uninstall hb from my registry then went to file explorer to delete all remaining files from hb. I did a complete reinstall and its doing the same thing. can anyone give any advice on how to fix this please thanks...also hb relog isnt working just keeps on saying trying to waiting to log into wow...last log is hbrelog...ok just got hb to finally work ..i had to delete 4 ghost wow and a couple ghost bnets made from hbrelog because it wasnt property configured... i have the hbrelog log included here...

Delete settings folder on HB.
