Cannot see any NPC players in game - bug not related with GB

Today I logged my DK to game and I went to guild bank to see how much he gathered. Guild bank doesn't show like always after HS, so decide to wait. After 1 hour nothing happened. I went outside of Dalaran Banks and there was no one, no players, no NPCs, nothing. I even get into Horde zone where you normally get kicked out by guards. I tried to google it and I found some posts, about 1 year old, that this is a stuck bug and I should send ticket to GM and he should fix that. Problem is that this is my botting account and character. I'm confused about sending a ticket... dunno what could happen'.

Any ideas how to fix this ? Expect GM ticket. I already deleted cache and wtf folder. Didn't work for me.

edit: Now I'm in game. And found funny thing. I can see Horde people on 18k Mammoth with their NPCs...

latency maybe? did you restart comp? change toons?
