Cannot retrieve key

I don't know if this is the right place to put this thread, but my ssd crashed and I had to reinstall Windows on the drive I had my demonbuddy on. I cannot figure out how to get my key back, I have gone to the buddyauth site and it says my emails are not registered to reset a password. Any help with this would be appreciated. I can provide paypal transaction ID if need be, I know I paid for 1 year in January. Thank you

register on the buddyauth site with the same e-mail you used during checkout. once you get in you should be able to view your keys.
