Hello! I'm a new user and I've gone through all the troubleshooting options (or so I think) regarding my situation of not being able to open up the application. I've uninstalled NET and C++ files and I've also run the Buddy Wizard which is stating that I have all the required files. At this point, I'm totally stumped! Any help would be greatly appreciated
