Cannot move towards Kitava, the Insatiable...

I've been leveling new accounts for a couple of weeks now and I've only recently seen this error occur:
"Cannot move towards Kitava, the Insatiable. We will rely on QuestBot to bring us close to him." No idea what's causing this, for the time being I've set kitava on manual kill.

Its usually a problem of melee characters. QuestBot did it's job and brought you in front of Kitava, but combat routine does not trigger because we are still outside of combat/melee/range range. Try to increase all ranges to at least 40.
