cannot log in...

i put in my key and it says you must enter your shop password before continuing...

check the steps(especially those about the key)

delete the existing folder of Hb and try again

yes I did everything correctly..... updated and ran as admin

reinstall didnt work either

then you are using in a wrong way the key

dont copy/paste it,type it
