cannot log in

look iv tried to upload log files still no fucking help can someone team viewer with me and have a look it is now day 4 i havnt been able to use it and i bought it 5 days ago it worked for a while iv re installed it twice, deleted C++ 2010 x 86 and 2012 x 86 i used the buddy wizard thing updated every sing possible thing on my computer, iv changed it to 32 bit running direct x 9 still no help please this is ridiculous

Nope it's not.
Provide logfiles and infos to help you. Opening a new thread for the same issue does not speed up anything.
It's not a general problem but a problem to your PC installation. Helping you is now a question of "getting help from you" to understand what you installed, how you configured things, what happens and so on.

Upload a logfile showing the issue and describe your problem as much as possible. One liners without log does not help anyone to help you.
